Advanced Neuroscience

Hello my dear friends!! 

I dont Know if I´ve say yet, but, I am in my third year of psychology at the University of Chile. In this year I´ve had many entertaining clases but today I´m going to talk about my favorite class in the last semester.

Well, my favorite class is “advanced neuroscience” it is a really exciting class.

Neuroscience is the scientific study of the nervous system. The Advanced Neuroscience´s class it´s about neural correlate of behavioral and cognitive processes of the human.

I love this class for two reasons; First because I like see the psychology as a scientific discipline and for that I love all clases with information based on evidence and in the advanced neurosciencie´s class we always review many papers and then we discuss about it. The second reason about why neuroscience it´s my favorite class it´s because  I´ve found many infromation about how our brain works, about how our brain develops and changes over time. Even we could know the mechanism throughout the brain represent our world. 

I think that a Psychologist must know about this mechanism and about it´s function, in my profesional life I will have to diagnose some disorders or pathologies and for that I will have to Know what it´s fail in the brain of my patient. Of course not always a mental illnes have  neural correlate but the physiological abnormalities it´s the first problema that we have to reject.
